Do our guests need an app?
No. They simply open your link in any browser and reply there.
Is this a website builder we have to learn?
No. You begin with a guided form and a ready-made design. We help you set everything up, and later you can manage the important details and guest replies from one clear dashboard.
What information do you need from us?
Your names, date, venues, timings, photos and the questions you want guests to answer. Your story, travel advice and wedding party details are all optional.
What if we have a large guest list?
You do not need to type every guest into the order form. For a larger wedding, upload a simple spreadsheet or add the guest list later from your dashboard.
Can we choose our own RSVP questions?
Yes. Attendance, plus-ones, dietary needs, transport and accommodation can all be included. Meal choices appear only when you decide to offer them, so guests see only the questions your wedding actually needs.
Can the website be bilingual?
Yes. Choose English, Polish or both in the order form. A bilingual website gives guests a simple language switch.
Can we change details later?
Yes. You can update key details and watch replies in your dashboard.
How do we send the invitations?
Share a personal link by WhatsApp, text or email, or add the supplied QR code to printed invitations.
How quickly will our website be ready?
Your first version is normally ready within 2–3 working days after we receive the completed form and photos.
Can we request changes before publication?
Yes. Before publication, you can request small changes to the wording, photos and details. A major redesign or completely new functionality would be agreed separately.
Can we include our bridesmaids, groomsmen or witnesses?
Yes. The wedding party section is optional and works best for a small group of important people. Your full guest list stays private in the dashboard.
Can guests share their photos after the wedding?
Yes. With the Memories Package, your website becomes a private gallery for 12 months. Guests can open it from a link or QR code, add photographs and download your digital thank-you postcard.
How do guests receive the gallery link after the wedding?
You can share it yourself by WhatsApp, Messenger or email. You can also add an optional post-wedding SMS, priced by the number of recipients.
Do you print albums or thank-you postcards?
The Memories Package includes a downloadable digital postcard. A printed album, postcard printing and delivery are quoted separately.
